[When approaching a new land rendering chunk I have to wait at the boarder for the next chunk to load, it can take up to a minute or more for the next one to load. there have been a couple occasions when I stepped into an unloaded chuck and I fell through the world and ended up spawning in a random location, luckily I dont loose my gear or thrall.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.stay in one chunk with a medium base and large amount of thralls for a prolong time.
2.give worker thralls things to craft, three or four of them.
3.head to a new land rendering chunk.
4.wait for next land chunk to load or walk into unloaded land chunk and fall.
I found I had a lot of rendering and lag issues before I went and transferred CE to my solid state drive. Now almost all of those issues are gone. It seems, as discussed in other threads, that CE pushes the Xbox a lot harder than it was meant to be pushed (I’m paraphrasing). I know my solution from a cost point of view stinks. The 512 Gig SSD Seagate makes for Xbox cost me about $140. However, if you play 2 to 4 hours every night, it’s worth it.
I can’t say for sure. I used to crash or not be able to log in sometimes for an hour or two on a bad day. Well for PVE-C server 2731 at least. Now I can go days without getting dropped. Or I might get dropped 2 or 3 times in one session. Not sure if the timing is coincidental or not.
