LATAM Servers Down – Decay Timers Concern

Hello,

Is anyone else having issues with the LATAM official servers being constantly down since Sunday night? I play on LATAM #1975 PvE, and since the last restart on Sunday, the server has been unstable or completely offline.

My concern is about the decay system: many clans and bases (including mine) were only a few hours away from entering decay state when the servers went down. If this continues, players might lose progress unfairly just because the servers are unavailable.

Could Funcom please confirm:

  • If the LATAM servers are currently under investigation/maintenance?

  • If decay timers will be paused or extended while this outage continues?
