Is anyone else having issues with the LATAM official servers being constantly down since Sunday night? I play on LATAM #1975 PvE, and since the last restart on Sunday, the server has been unstable or completely offline.
My concern is about the decay system: many clans and bases (including mine) were only a few hours away from entering decay state when the servers went down. If this continues, players might lose progress unfairly just because the servers are unavailable.
Could Funcom please confirm:
If the LATAM servers are currently under investigation/maintenance?
If decay timers will be paused or extended while this outage continues?
Al parecer son todos los servidores oficiales de LATAM, si no hacen un rollback de cuando empezó el problema, muchos por la fecha ya perdieron su progreso, bases e items.

Agora falando em PT-BR, olha gente já aconteceu antes, mas não por tanto tempo! Poxa a gente que joga todo final de semana, precisa conseguir logar pra manter o decay, perder a minha base, tudo o que eu construí e farmei, vai ser bem chateante.
Esa misma preocupación que tienes tu la tengo yo y muchos más, a la fecha 28-08-25 Funcom no ha dado ningún comunicado, ni siquiera da respuesta por la mesa de ayuda que tienen mediante ticket, ni por sus redes sociales. @AndyB quien es uno de los encargados de esta plataforma para dar una respuesta de por último “se está revisando y analizando”, pero nada.
Pra quem não sabe, o mais ativo aqui no forum é @Dana, ele tem visto postagens a 1 dia atrás. Ele é um dos que fazem parte da Equipe de administradores da Funcom.
Algo interessante a se fazer, e pedir pra youtubers como a Paty fazer vídeos sobre o assunto, pra quem não sabe tem brasileiros na equipe de Funcom. E Paty já foi mencionada.
Outra ideia é criar uma Hashtag pra essa situação e colocar em todo lugar, até nos fóruns e vídeos de Dune. #FixConanLATAMServer
I was able to do something but without a clear solution, Funcom restarted the server, in my case 1975, but the same thing happens, after a while it crashes and expels me without being able to reconnect, apparently Funcom technicians when seeing the servers online assume they are fine, but do not review it in detail.
They are ALL LATAM servers, but @AndyB doesn’t respond, I don’t know what will happen, if this continues our bases will disappear, something that took many players years, there are really gigantic and beautiful bases, not counting their items. @Funcom_Community ¡¡HELP!!
We understand that you might already be looking into the issue and that, since the servers show as “online,” it may seem like everything is working fine. However, that is not the case, and all we are asking for is some communication.
Today at noon, server #1975 was restarted, but the same thing happened: I was able to connect for a few minutes and then got disconnected. After that, it was impossible to log in again, even though the servers still show as “online.”
Even a simple “we are investigating” would give us peace of mind. The worrying part is that there has been no response to tickets or forum posts, and as a community we feel abandoneD. @Funcom_Community@AndyB
