Once again, the LATAM servers went down last week, and it’s really getting frustrating. I first noticed it on Wednesday, and since then, the servers appear to be online, but it’s impossible to connect — the game just tries to load forever or gives a connection error.
I play on Official Server #1975 (LATAM PVE), but I’ve seen other players mentioning the same issue across different LATAM servers.
Is anyone else having this problem? Were you able to log in at all?
It’s been happening way too often, and there’s still no official response or update from Funcom. We just want to know if they’re aware of it or working on a fix, because right now the servers are basically unplayable even though they look fine on the list.
Let’s share our experiences here so the devs can see how widespread this issue really is.
Confirmed: LATAM servers 1975 and 1976 are showing as online (they respond to the query) but can’t actually be connected to. Both currently show 0 players, which is a pretty strong sign the issue’s affecting everyone.
Sim o mesmo problema de um mês atras voltou, e antes durou quase duas semanas e vi varias pessoas perdendo suas coisas e parando de jogar por isso, só não perdi porque consegui descobrir com outros players o único horário que dava na época, e agora se repete o mesmo. Bom pelo menos até agora consegui logar pelo menos no servidor 1975, do mesmo jeito que da outra vez desse mesmo problema, o horário que consegui é logo após o reset diário de manha cedinho, 5:30h e consegui ficar online até as 6:10h quando caiu, mas consegui renderizar i tempo de tudo q eu tenho e cuidar dos meus lacaios. No 6308 inda não consegui me manter logado no mesmo horário. Recomendo tentarem nesse horário quem puder pra garantir suas coisas.
@AndyB said they didn’t know what the issue was before and that he would provide an update as soon as he knew more, but I did not see any update, so it may be that they never figured out what the problem was.
5:30 hora en Brasil ? para convertirla a la de mi país y poder entrar para dejar las bases actualizadas ya que hasta que no solucionen ese problema dieron 30 días.
