4 LATAM servers, 3 not working, 2 out of service since yesterday.

It’s so humiliating to spend so much money and be treated this way by those who should be taking care of things.

Having to BEG, to HUMILIATE ourselves before someone who should treat us with the utmost respect, TAKE ACTION

Indeed, as a BR like you, I have noticed that the servers stoped working when 1979 and 1980 became online yesterday, so…why the hell we still have issues to login 24h after that.

I hope someone take the lead and do something fixing this.

To my surprise, we’re going into our third day offline. If they’re going to do things this badly, wouldn’t it have been better to postpone this update? They make announcements at the last minute, preventing players from taking action, but then call it a gift for us?

Os IPs foram alterados ontem, porém os IPs e números dos servidores serão alterados para UE5 é provável que mude o IP novamente após a atualização… Lembrando que o tempo da base dos servidores DECAY está ilimitado temporáriamente até a atualização de UE4 para UE5.

Mesmo assim os servidores no mapa exiles não estão funcionando na parte da noite ja falei sobre isso aqui também… O problema que ou estão atualizando ou é a g-portal mesmo que não funciona, imagina quando atualizar para a nova versão UE5.

Servers 1975 and 1976 are back

You can log in again without infinite loading. Thanks to everyone who helped report the issue

Good to see 1975 and 1976 are back up. The IP switch caught a lot of people off guard, especially those who had servers saved by address. At least the base decay timer is paused for now — losing a whole build over a server outage nobody warned you about would’ve been brutal. Hopefully the UE5 transition goes smoother than this.
