Hello, I’m reporting that servers 1975 and 1976 are crashing. They are inaccessible for many hours until they are restarted. Players are frustrated because they want to transfer their characters to exile. It’s impossible to log in and play.
I had just reduced the number of followers on Siptah to be able to transfer to the Exiled Lands, but I couldn’t log in. I thought the restart would fix it, but nothing changed — the servers are still down.
I was there when the server completely crashed. There was a player from India. I went to face him because I saw him in Siptah in 1976 and 1975. They come in early. I was there from the restart.
Sadly, we’ve spent the whole day without the servers working; none of them could be accessed. Today they’re nowhere to be seen. I imagine and trust that they’re repairing them. Thank you.
It’s a real shame. We appreciate GPortal’s technical support changing the server IPs, but the problem persists. Both servers stopped working a few minutes ago; what a tragedy, really.

I would like to report an issue with the LATAM servers #1975 and #1976, which are currently offline.
Although they appear in the server list, it is not possible to log in, as the game gets stuck in an infinite loading screen. This is a recurring issue that has happened multiple times before.
Additionally, considering the current timing and the fact that many players are trying to return to the Exiled Lands, this situation becomes even more critical. If these servers remain inactive, it will be very difficult for us to recover our characters.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could check the status of these servers and, if possible, restart them or provide a solution.
