Connection Issues on Servers #1975 and #6308 (PvE)

Official servers #1975 PvE and #6308 PvE (Latin America region) are experiencing issues.
Currently, the game starts but gets stuck on the loading screen and does not connect to the server. These servers were already showing previous instability, such as not appearing on the server list, requiring multiple restarts of the game.

I’ve been unable to log in for two days now.

a friend has been reporting the same problems for 6308 over the last week.

I tried connecting myself too, sat on a completed progress bar on the load screen for several minutes, I had to quit it in taskmanager then again in steam just to restart.

Same problem on 1986

Been having the same issues on 1975—random disconnects, lag spikes, and failed login attempts. It started around the same time for a few of us, so it’s definitely not on the player side. I really hope Funcom’s looking into backend stability for these official PvE servers. It’s getting frustrating when you can’t even log in reliably to maintain your base.

Same as these threads the first one from the log file that the poster uploaded it seems as if the connection is being closed almost immediately and when it tries to reconnect it states that the ping is too high.

Yes this seems to be common nowadays I first noticed it when I was unable to connect to a server I was renting at the time, but I see it always nowadays.
