Bug Description:
The same issue has returned — official servers are down again, and no one can log in.

Bug Reproduction:
Try to join the server and you’ll face an infinite loading screen followed by a kick to the main menu.

Problem Resurfaced!
After a period of stability, the connection issues have returned across multiple LATAM servers. Players are being disconnected simultaneously, indicating that the same server-side issue has reappeared.

Current Situation:

• Servers intermittently appear online but remain inaccessible.

• When accessible, players are kicked after a few minutes.

• [Official server #1977 PvE Conflict] 92.38.151.73:28200 is disappearing from the server list and sometimes cannot be found at all.

• The issue affects several official servers, including:

  • [Official server #6307 PvE] 92.38.151.81:28200

  • [Official server #1977 PvE Conflict] 92.38.151.73:28200

  • [Official server #1976 PvE] 92.38.151.74:28000

Temporary Stability:
There were brief moments when servers appeared to stabilize, but the issue keeps recurring, preventing consistent gameplay for all affected players.

Personal text and what I think:

Out of respect for the players and for the love of this game, please consider officially addressing or announcing the closure of the LATAM servers so we can finally have clarity and move on.

Hey @Taiko, in dealing with this now twice, have you been able to determine if it is affecting console LATAM servers as well?

The ones showing zero are currently not working. I haven’t tested all of them yet. The first time, the issue started like this, and then all of them stopped completely.

I think it is safe to say it is all of the PC LATAM servers based on your experience and others who have come forth.

But what I am wondering is, do you know if it is affecting Playstation and XBOX LATAM servers as well?

Oh and as an aside, the LATAM servers nor 1977 Official are wiped yearly and most certainly not purposely, that is misinformation.

Wipes, or forced wipes, are when a server is completely reset. This means that not only buildings and followers are deleted, but so is the information stored regarding your character. Everything is removed and the wipe creates a clean slate, a fresh server. This is common throughout many survival games.

What can happen with the LATAM servers being down is that if decay is working there is potential for buildings and followerers to decay, not be wiped. You still retain your character, their knowledge and any gear equipped or inventory on your person.

There’s a difference.

I tried reaching out to some friends who play on PlayStation and Xbox, but everyone I know has already given up on the game. So, I don’t really know how the servers are doing on those platforms.

Maybe someone here will speak up and we could get that data.

Frankly it is more of a curiosity and if they’re running just fine on console it speaks to the LATAM PC servers being on a few or so machines in clusters.

Mind you we all don’t really know WHY this is happening on LATAM. Theories such as the indestructible thrall bug, bad machines, poorly moderated servers or conspiracy theories like FC quietly shutting down those servers have been suggested. The later of which I don’t think is happening, because why?

But usually when a whole region is affected it is due to GPortal machines or configurations on them.

I would not suggest reaching out to GPortal as they’ll just tell you to contact FC so it would be a waste of time. However, it also feels like you’re all screaming into a void simply asking to have a space provided be accessible

I wish I could suggest something but I have no idea anymore what to say.

That’s not how wipes work dude. Third party server trackers are not an indicator that a server is shut down officially either. Hell, there are servers that state they’re dead on popular sites and it isn’t the truth.

Oddly enough Top Game Servers shows official 1524, which is listed as having 9999 ping in the selection screen and has been unavailable for a few days now, as online with 3 people playing and in some other country using a completely different IP address than it had a few weeks ago.

Direct connect doesn’t work with either IP address.

I did not say LATAM servers are online.

I said using tracking websites are unreliable. They do not track properly, such as showing erroneous information.

The reason I mentioned this is your claim that an event where the servers go down and are wiped happens yearly based on trackyserver.com. Not only is THAT website unreliable there are no yearly wipes. Official servers do not wipe. They go down, get messed up, sure. Players lose their stuff sometimes too, but that is not a wipe.

You don’t like me and that is fine but do not twist my words or intentions.

O servidor 1977 voltou a aparecer, mas continua inacessível — fica em carregamento infinito.

tiagoturilli, você tem razão em pensar dessa forma, porque há uma lógica nesse tipo de situação. Realmente, o servidor 1977 costuma ficar fora do ar em certos períodos e apresentar vários problemas. Nessas fases, muita gente acaba desistindo e o mapa fica praticamente vazio — eu mesmo já desisti duas vezes.

Mas, no fim das contas, nós, seres humanos, sempre tentamos encontrar padrões e explicações racionais. E, sinceramente, acredito que, nesse caso, a razão é bem simples: o servidor 1977 sempre foi ruim mesmo, desde os tempos de auge do Conan Exiles. Não é algo programado, então Kikigirl também tem razão, em achar que o que você diz é desinformação e a culpa disso pode ser a tradução, já que nós brasileiros afirmamos coisa como verdade absoluta, mas na verdade é apenas uma forma mais forte de se expressar.
