I am writing to report that the Official Server #1989 crashed and went offline today around 00:40 AM (BRT / UTC-3 time).
I also noticed that several other LATAM servers seem to have gone down at the same time. Is anyone else experiencing this issue right now?
The server has not come back online since then. Could the support team please look into this?

@Dana can you take a look for us? maybe ur working in something but we dont know
This may be the daily server restart that’s happening right now. If that’s the case then the servers should be back up and running in 15-30 min.
If you are still unable to access the servers, please feel free to let me know.
Server 1988 is offline for more than 3 hours, not a daily restart, it smells like issue.
All servers in Latin America remain offline.
most of latam servers have been offline all night long, like 8/9 hours offline atm
Hello Dana, i love conan exiles, and i dont care to lag or not, i loved played with my friends, and sorry for my english i`m brazilian guy, so more or less 00:40 all server 19xx, 1981,1982,1983,1984,1985,1986,1987,1988 and i played in 1989, and now it`s 9:16AM (BRT / UTC-3 time), and nothing, i send thicket to g-portal, and nothing too. I’m just letting you know, because you’re the best.
At this moment, only 1979, 1985,1997 and 1998 servers are online. Im from Brasil, Ping from server 1979 is still high 418ms. PVP ping is low
Adding to this: in my case, the issue happened around 1:40 AM BrasĂlia time.
The server went down and was still unavailable at least until 2:00 AM. I believe this may be the same issue being reported here, because Official Server #1989 no longer appears in the server list either.
So it does not seem to be just a connection issue or an isolated player-side problem. It looks like the server went completely offline or is no longer being displayed properly in the list.
Please @Dana send people to fix latam servers, you’re the BEST.

I planned to play this Sunday, but it looks like it won’t be the way I wanted.
My two servers, #1977 and #1976, have been offline all day.
The game is great, but the servers are awful.
1989 still isn’t showing up on the list and remains offline. We’ve been without a solution for almost 12 hours.
We are working alongside G-Portal to get these server back up and running as soon as possible.
Unfortunately I do not have an estimate on how long this will take but will come back as soon as I get some new information from the team.

Of the PVE LATAM servers, only one is online; they went down hours ago.
Do you have any information on why the servers in LATAM area are lagging so much? I can normally play on America servers better than I can play on LATAM ones.
They go from 30 when idle or low pop (about 10 players) to over 400 when 30 players are playing.
“Same here. Sometimes, your internet routing to North American servers is actually better than to South American ones. Since I live in Northeast Brazil, my connection to Miami servers is usually more direct and stable, guaranteeing a great ping.”
Note: Geographically, Northeast Brazil is still closer to SĂŁo Paulo (where most South American servers are located) than to Miami.
Looks like we won’t be playing this weekend.
