Bug Description:

Lesser wheel of pain animation will break after a few minutes

Bug Reproduction:

1.Place a Lesser Wheel of Pain
2. Place a Thrall (any thrall) in the wheel
3. Wait for a minute or to
4. Wheel bar will not remain in the middle of the actual wheel, it will move to the right side, and it will keep moving in that direction.
