Would it be possible to make the library in the Archive look at what recipes you know and only give you those you don’t? I’m missing about a third of the recipes but turned in 12 fragments today and got 12 duplicates. We would still need to farm fragments for tablets and crafting.

Many posts have been made regarding the rng nature of the library especially on Siptah. It’s just the way it is and I wouldn’t hold your breath that anything will ever change.
