Light attacks from Horseback way to slow now

When fighting from horseback with sword/axe there is a noticeable pause between strikes, when using light attack.
Heavy attacks appear to be working as usual.

Is this intended?

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Mount horse
2.Equip weapon like executioner’s axe
3.fight enemy with light attack (left mouse click)

Can cornfirm. The light attack with the axe is super slow.

one hand sword attack is super slow same for axe

Spear attacks are faster, and are now a much better option than axes and swords

My experience as well — spears seem normal but not the others. Haven’t tried mace yet.
