If you wondered what level of purge gets you the thrall you are looking for, or if you wanted to know what level would give the ideal odds for a barkeeper, I have now added complete spawn lists to the wiki as well as explanations for how the purge determines how many cages to spawn.
Much credit to @Xevyr for making a special mod to extract these lists and looking up the purge mechanics in the devkit for me.

Btw seems like Skelos female T3 bearer isn’t available anymore?
Bearers can appear in both the bearer list and the crafters list. Skelos Bearer III is in with the crafters.

It seems to me that there aren’t any Aesir thralls. Did I miss something or am I correct?
You appear to be be mostly correct, aside from Backpacker Henrik, who is an Aesir bearer.
Best we can get is a T4 Surge of The North on Siptah. And those stopped spawning named crafters.
