Bug Description:

under liu fey questing if u do not do the liu fey quest when its ready u will get harrasted by him either he wont stop talking when u are in ur base or he will stand in the way when u want to build , please let us talk to him when the quest is ready and then he can go back to his place so he is not harrasing us…

Wow. You are calling that harassment and you made a bug post about it.:man_facepalming:

I reported this back in Beta, he was the creepy solid purple see through heckler. He was very very annoying.

+1 hope there is a solution.
