I’m looking for a good hosting company that doesn’t get the Authentication Failed error and server crash when players try to log in.
Any suggestions?

I don’t know much about the different server hosting companies, so hopefully someone else can contribute better information. Just wanted to say that official servers are hosted on GPortal, and as a result of that, some of the problems will be minimized if they are your host. That’s not to say anything bad about other hosting companies, only that GPortal has a strategic advantage since they partnered with Funcom.
This might also be a good question to ask in the Servers & Recruitment forum.
Serverblend and GTX Gaming are the two I personally have good experiences with.
Low.ms seems to be fine most of the time. Though I’ve seen issues in the past. Its not farfetched to think it was user error in that example though.
Gportal has been hit or miss. I used them about 2 years ago and they were fine for the most part. Though I didn’t run any mods and it was a small server for testing. A few months ago, we had our server hosted through them and it was fine, until it wasn’t.
It was some patch in April, or a mod update, or both… I think it was both. Caused the server to stop showing on the server browser, and when you could direct connect, it was slow to get on the server and the server ran like hell.
Though a bit of troubleshooting, I determined it was not the database, not Funcom’s patch, not the mods, but Gportal for some odd reason not liking the database. It worked fine in singleplayer and it worked fine on Serverblend (and still does months later).
Since the new server was a little cheaper per slot, we stuck with the switch. Pay less for better performance, its just a win win there.
Also if you’re looking to go more than 40 players, Gportal can’t handle it. The officials are on 40 slots for a reason. You will need to do one of the other providers for that. Preferably one that has a dedicated hardware rather than VM. I know GTX Gaming can do 70, but you might need to talk to someone about upgrading the package beyond what the website offers.
At this point pretty much any hosting company has sorted the issues out but Nitrado. We had to give GTX a “gentle” push to look into the query issues but they found a solution a few hours after the FLS patch. Since then our servers have been more or less stable. I have only ever heard good things about ServerBlend but personally, I have no experience with them. If we are talking about dedicated servers, it seems that OVH are a popular choice.
