Looking for PS4 Combat Server Settings Explaination

Ok then, this should not even be a thread, but is there somewhere on the internet that explains what the server settings, particularly combat, mean? I looked everywhere on Google and I can only find it for PC. (I think they are for PC)

I understand what sliders do, but I am not clear on what each section is. For example, “npc damage multiplier” and “thrall damage to npcs multiplier” seem to me like the same thing. Npc means non playable character, no? But thralls are also “unplayable”? Or do they mean enemies?
And all the lists which I am finding do not show exactly what my list shows. Like npc or thrall is replaced by “minions”. What is minion? It also has things like npc health sliders that I do not have in my settings.

Is there a list of the PS4 meanings for these settings, which match exactly what I have in the screen shot? Specifically, combat and purge. I am doing my best with English but it does not help when what I find online is not matching what is in my game.
Thank you.

@stelagel @Croms_Faithful can either of you guys help out our friend here. @Alhambra I assume this is your offline game or are you settings up a gportal server?

There is a screen shot of my server settings hope it helps. Lower purge meter trigger value number speeds up purge.

I am playing single player. What I am trying to do is make the three skull boss fights go faster, they take so long. So I wanted to increase the damage my thralls and I do, but in order to be fair and keep the game exciting, I want the enemies to do more damage when they hit us. This will also keep motivating me to go for better armor pieces haha.

I did some tests yesterday and the day before, but things were screwy a bit. I also discover the “joys” of friendly fire, where in combat I just about seem to have almost demolished my own thrall more than any monster has before. (…I think) I want the same difficulty as I had before with the default settings, but with faster fights.

But it has to be said, I may not have picked the right place to conduct my tests. I was in the war maker dungeon, so many times I ran away in desperation haha.

Also not relevant, but the final boss of that dungeon is so cool :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: :hammer::hammer_and_pick: :hammer::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I think @LordKAA is your solution here. He is a God in these things. If Playstation should have another Asuras chosen he should be the one

Definitely not a place for a testing area. Seems you will just need to keep experimenting. I get all messed up in that place.

Me too. Once when I was in there, I think the game was glitching, but there were three zombi dragons in there. I mean, come on now, one is enough. XD

Thank you for the glowing recommendation, but I am just a mere mortal. However…

I believe this is what you are looking for. :slightly_smiling_face:

Hope that helps!

Oh WOW, thank you. That is exactly what I was looking for. :purple_heart: But I must wonder how I was not finding this page before, when I had been on this exact site for other Conan information.

Hello friends. Looks like this party was over by the time I got here. My sincere apologies for not getting here sooner, but I have been much less active on the forum as of late, and for that matter Conan Exiles itself also.

Looks like @LordKAA well and truly has this one covered. And on that note, like other members I had not been able to locate a list of what each setting does even though it was right there on the Wiki the whole time! Haha. So thankyou LordKAA, I am now further educating myself also. While its probably a no brainer, @Alhambra if like me you feel you have messed something up but cannot nail down what or where, don’t be affraid to restore everything to default then start the tweeking of settings again. Apologies for the late, arbitrary contribution again.

Hahaha that is exactly what I had to do, was to reset everything back to default after a bit, I messed too much things up. I made fights much too easy, even if I was taking more damage. I also never knew that thralls could actually knock out three skull bosses.
Then it just sits there, idle while I turn it into mashed potatoes. That is a bit ridiculous XD
