Bug Description:

Fiance and I are both playing the game (2 separate accounts, 1 console) and when he gets on after I play, he loses any progress he’s made, things he’s built, etc., and he gets knocked back down to level 41. It’s gotten to the point where I don’t play because I don’t want him to lose his progress.

He’s uninstalled and reinstalled the game, moved his account to a different Xbox and then back to his and this problem continues. He isn’t getting an error message.

When he advances and I play after him, it doesn’t affect my game at all.

We can’t find our server information to change it.

Unsure how to reproduce this issue.

  • Do you have your game installed on an SSD or HD?
  • Is the console on the wireless or cabled internet connection?
  • When you say “Online private” do you mean an online private server or do both of you try to play on a co-op session?
  • If this is a digital copy of the game on which account it was purchased?

Hard drive
We do wireless sometimes and hard line others (mostly wireless)
I don’t think it’s a private server. We just play without anyone else. We don’t play with/against each other because we only have one console.
It’s a digital copy on his account.

When each of you finishes your play session do you exit the game through the menus before changing accounts? Could you please try that next time and check if the saved game still experiences that issue?
