Lost Dungeon Complete Set Question: Round 2

Fallout 76 depends on what you look at and how you acquire your atoms. You can get atoms via the game, but not many. Also, you can get atoms via the monthly or annually basis subscription services. The items you buy can be reasonably priced, but some are ridiculously overpriced. One such case of overpriced would be power armor packs. Those are always ridiculous. Meanwhile, they do re-release stuff and have sales, so there’s some decent stuff. Also, the packs are good if you want certain groups of stuff, but if you don’t want it all, most stuff can be bough separately for a slightly higher price. However, some items are exclusive to packs and you have no choice. All that being said, I don’t often see partial pack releases like CE does. However, they do repackage stuff that’s got commonalities and make new packs, similar to what CE does on occasion.

76 is reasonable most of the time. I pay for 1st because I have five years of junk, but with the monthly stipend of Atoms it feels like a good enough deal. (Plus freebies and scoreboard bonuses.) I own all the Fallouts and DLCs, same with ES but not ESO. I own a stupid amount of creation club stuff for F4 and probably 75 percent of the AS stuff that was released for 76. On 76 I’m floating around 9k hours between two accounts. Hell, my tag is from 76.

However, I am a disabled sahm and my absolutely insane husband throws shiny things at me to keep me amused. I am very fortunate so I understand entirely why people are upset when things aren’t priced fairly or are deceptive as fudge.

What a great husband you have there Rust. Does he play games himself or nay? My partner also plays but our gaming exploits are largely independent of one another outside of Conan Exiles. She tends to like more ‘naturey’ games like stardew valley, hokkien life and planet zoo, whereas I am by default a survival horror player, e.g.- resident evil, dead space, silent holl, etc.

I am genuinely glad you are enjoying the Creation Club items Rust. For me it is not that I feel the creation club items are bad, and I have brought a few, but more that none of them seem to be what I personally want. For that reason I gravitated more towards a handful of mods. Let me use Fallout 4 as an example. I wanted to have more diversity in rhe ceops we can plant, so I grabbed a mod which also allows us to plant silt beans, tarberrys, and other crops not usually plantable. Similarly, I want to be able to scrap more junk and rubble piles than the vanilla game allows us to, so I downloaded a mod for that. There are other things on my wishlist too, like being able to keep all 3 of my Nuka World Raider Gangs alive, and assigning faction guards (e.g.- railrod heavys, minutemen, synths, brotherhood knights) to guard duty at my settlements.

I guess what I am trying to say is that I cant seem to find the things I seek most on creation club. Either that or I have weird tastes and desires for my games.

Yeah I’d like it to have curved foundations to go with the curved ceiling tile.

I don’t like putting the cube foundation down and then the curved wall on that because then the corners stick out

Instead I put pillar then curved ceiling tile, then curved wall, and then curved ceiling tile. A lot of effort where a curved foundation would have worked

He was actually the one that got me to play Conan. :joy: (He doesn’t play anymore though.) Typically shooters are what he dabbles in.

I play Stardew too. Uhh I dabble in Ocean Horror/Survival. Bioshock is one of my all time faves, but I play Stranded Deep, a Raft clone, and there’s one coming out later this year on an Oil Rig. (Forgot about Subnautica) I’m between Mass Effect and Dragon Age: Inquisition currently, (Dreadwolf’s later this year so I want to refresh memory.)

I have played most of the Silent Hills, still have PT on a PS4. :joy::cry:
And I played Death Stranding.
