Lost Inventory at death - no bed roll option

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Gameplay
Game Mode: Online Private
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands

Bug Description:

Died in combat at Summoning Place, while having a bedroll nearby, it was not giving me the option to use bedroll and it sent me home. I died before being able to retrieve body (2 more times) when I was finally able to retrieve body- there was only the last body available, meaning I lost ALL of my inventory, armor, weapons and tools. Then starting over with new armor I died in combat again. Not being able to go to bedroll again, and again, body was not available to retrieve- thus losing a 2nd set of armor.
