Since there is no reply on another thread from @ZahMaiatt after asking the same question will there be a solution or just a statement about this problem? There are many people who lost thralls after rollback. Me too and I posted a screenshot too. Lost all my thralls, pets, golems and mounts due to thrall decay? - #21 by ConanBoDk
A feedback would be nice… It doesn’t matter if positive or negative but just silence is very bad and very unprofessional in my opinion.

I’ve read my event log and it says nothing about my followers, they just disappeared from my followers list and from the game.
They’re not even on the follower list, the only ones that remained are the crafting ones. I’m not going to point out the obvious. just fix it please. My bed is also gone, I don’t think any other furniture has been affected.

If you look in the server log, can you see what happened to them? (Killed by x, or decayed for example?)

Server log says nothing. This is something to do with the server/game. I only log in weekly to keep my shit waiting until I get the desire to play again because all the disconnects killed that…it wasn’t a purge, my followers all just vanish along with my bed.
And i was a 100% right, the game doesn’t even save my last 10 minutes of progress

The state of chapter 1 was pretty bad already, now i wish it was only as bad as chapter 1 
If the game would work, everyone would buy it and the dlc‘s and would even spend their money on the bazar to obtain cool stuff.
And funcom could make an insane amount of money, but the way it is right now it’s not worth anything!
