Lost pet on the offical server

My pet lost after changint it on the horse. After 20-30 minutes i can’t found it. But still can feed.
I don’t even know how to contact game master or someone who can resolve this problem

Hi there, there are no GMs on officials but we have this follower’s tab which allows you to see all your pets on the map:
