Low FPS and high latency lately

I Play on a dell laptop lattirude 5580, and its never been optimal on latency. But last month its been very bad. I get red lined every minigame i play and FPS at 15 If lucky.
So i wondered If Funcom has done some changes lately or could it be i updated a bad driver or something ? Any tip what to do is appriciated :blush:

I also get high latency lately and only in AoC ( about 400-600). In other MMO games everything works fine.
