Bug Description:
Maelstrom will not start under any condition.
simply start a new game with siptah.
I have checked the ServerSettings.ini . seems like they are correct. have done in game reset. checked my conan files. nothing has worked to get the storm to start.

re-verified the files… all 1109 good… I just did a full reload of the game. Still no effect on getting the maelstrom to start up
I forced the storm to start with command line - DC Storm Start. A work around.
It seems to be running on its own. So the forced start appears to have fixed it.
