According to one of the new Kiah’s videos on youtube - Twitch drops items are now included in loot boxes, so everyone can have them now without being forced to watch 40yo coomers on Twitch.

We all own Siptah but we all play Exiled Lands for obvious reasons.

For science. At the time, in order to get the Watchers gear, I subscribed to premium 5G service on my phone and promptly used it all up on the Twitch event. At 720p. That cost me $15-$19.
Now I have super-expensive speedy satellite service that works half the time, a terrestrial service that’s fast none of the time and a moderately-fast 5G backup that works when it likes. But I haven’t gone back for more Twitch drops.
I have “unlimited 5G”, not actually unlimited bc as long you past 150GB it drop the speed from 450 download and 150 up to 50/30
The science behind this is indeed fascinating my friend. The fact that just to obtain these sought after items you had to subscribe to a specific service and paid some $15-19 just to be able obtain them really speaks volumes. For the sake of a price comparison, one of the old DLCs cost $15 AU here in my country. And of course our currency is worth less than the US dollar, meaning you would have paid our equivalent to say $18-23 for the ~ 6-7 items. The lengths you had to go to and the prices you had to pay to obtain to obtain the Watchers items, to me, serves to reinforce @Pinguineli call for another way to obtain them.
