(We checked the Blood Crystal Katana and it has its intended Iron/Starmetal stats and not bloated values like the Blood Crystal Chakram - which will be fixed)
Glad to hear, now if you could remove some frames from the spear to make it viable, don’t get me wrong…Good job! but there’s people who would return to Conan if they get to play Spear, currently bow / claw dominates, you can three tap people with a heavy charged-roll shot.
If spear gets 8 more frames removed then it will be a viable weapon again, Just because the “light attack” is slower in the animation than the “heavy attack” doesn’t mean it should be altered as both attacks are used for very specific scenarios as described by the ex lead game designer alex here: https://youtu.be/FVrKtJXzfgg?t=2876 to quote him if you don’t want to watch the video “Left click is used to keep people at bay, while right click is used to engage people and be an active threat”

Ok so how does one go about getting any of these items from twitch.
What does one need to do exactly?
Do we have to have an account or can anyone get the items?
You have to link your twitch account to the CE instance and it should work. Easiest way is to have a twitch account and in the start menu, there is a “link twitch account” in the lower right side (at least for PS).
Soooo just to be devil’s advocate here, if I have some of these unlocked already, I’m not going to destroy my twitch linkages with twitch saying I have two BC katana access codes, right?
So i have to bind my account to twitch and that’s it?
No video to watch?
Really don’t like having all these accounts and bs just for some freebies.
Don’t see why we can’t just get codes on the site that are active for a limited window or something instead.

No, Twitch allows you to have multiples of the same item. It has a quantity number on your drop rewards in your inventory.
You can see in this old screenshot I took of when I got the Rocknose Figurine during the short time it was available before they pulled it due to being bugged, then I got it a second time when they put it back up again.
No, if you want the twitch drops, you have to have a twitch account and link it to your game/FLS account, and then you have to watch a certain amount of ‘drops enabled’ conan streams (any of a hundred streamers) for a total of a couple of hours between the specific dates. YOu’ll be able to click across to your account and see the percentage progress you have made so far for a particular item during that period.
No you got to watch vids. Its how all of that works. You watch vids, you get stuff. The viewership is used to sell advertising so twitch makes money by you watching vids and CE gets more notice.
You don’t have to if you don’t want to. These are cosmetics (minus the occasional whoopsies that happen) but it’s easy to do. I normally just let the twitch videos go on my phone while playing the game.
Yea, i missed out on a lot because i wasn’t aware of the twitch rewards and times plus the whole process.
Plus i really don’t like having to have a bunch of a accounts for every dang thing under the sun.
Having to have a video running and an account to collect anything outside of the game proper just really bugs me.
That being said though i ended up just going ahead just for this game for the blood crystal items.
It was a bit of a pita to get everything sorted out, but i did get it to work eventually and got the katana.
I don’t even watch the vids and just let them play while i do other things.
It’s a waste of everyone’s time really including advertisers.
They have to know these reward drops don’t actually need anyone watching their ads just having the video playing while ignoring it is sufficient to earn points towards your item achievement.lol
Seriously 2 repeat twitch drops. You you should have combined all the blood crystal weapons into one session and the small animals in another session The furniture I actually look forward to using. Still it’s pretty lazy when you need good optics considering how bad you let this game fall apart. How about you get fork up some of that tencent money and start putting old seasonal content in twitch streams, you got plenty of that forever lost to fomo.
The Watcher furniture is a repeat as well. The point is that many people have requested a chance to get some of these again - the White Rabbit is one that has been requested by quite a few people. So Funcom is giving people a chance to get some drops that people really wanted but missed. Not sure how that is a bad thing. I already have all of these drops, but I have no reason to demand that others shouldn’t get a chance to get them.
I have katana and rabbit already but i am excited about getting Watcher furniture (missed whole first Twitch drop event). Hope to see in next twitch drops the rest of first drops - bear, deer statues and banners.
