Mesh issue, or am I supposed to fly and walk through walls?

I’ve read before about the mesh issue. Running away/logging out logging back in may fix the issue.

It seems to me that after the latest patch, the mesh issue has gotten worse. I phase in and out of my base, going through wall, falling through stairs, floating above pieces.

Logging out fixes the issue, sometimes. Other times the issues happens the next block/foundation over. Running away didn’t seem to fix my issue. I’ve ran as far as to the river lands from the highlands and the issue hasn’t gone away. How far am I supposed to run away exactly?

Constantly logging out and logging back in to fix the problem creates a whole problem in itself - how many times am I supposed to do this before the issues fixes itself?

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Log in
  2. Find platform 9 3/4. Run as fast as you can because you’re about to miss the train to Hogwarts
  3. Excited you’re about to learn to fly on a broom stick when you suddenlybpssout waiting for the train.
  4. Hey, you. You’re finally awake. You were trying to cross the border, right ?

Hey @Iswut

We’ve been tracking this issue for a while now and we’ve had some issues trying to reproduce it reliably (As stated in our Trello Board). Could you share a video of this issue in action so our team can get a better look at it?

@Ignasi howwould I go about making a video and posting it? I’m not technologically intuitive.

On PS4 you can press the share button and select Save Video to grab the last 15 minutes of gameplay. Then you can upload that clip from the gallery to Youtube from the same interface. Once you’re about to give the video a title and description, just before uploading it, it does also let you trim it to show only the important details you want to highlight.
Once uploaded to Youtube you can share the link with us.
