Missing feats on Siptah

Bug Description:

Feats acquired in Exiles Lands are erased if you transfer your character to Siptah AND use a yellow lotus potion.

Expected Behavior:

Feats acquired through dungeons/scrolls/tablets should not be part of the feats that are reset upon ingestion of yellow lotus potion.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play a character for a bit in Exiled Lands. Acquire feats through scrolls/tablets. Use said feats.
  2. Transfer your character in Siptah. Once there, use yellow lotus potion to respec. As soon as you do that, all feats acquired through dungeons/scrolls/tablets are gone. Many of them do not have equivalents on Siptah. Example: glowing sticks/glowing standing torches.

Proposed solution: Either have the acquired feats returned or place the recipes on Siptah. For example again; the feat to craft glowing torches/glowing standing torches is nowhere on the island.
