Mitraen Gloves and Shoes are missing from the Sanctuary of Mitra. Tunic and pants appear however.

Can confirm they exist in the game, but can´t be crafted in shrine.
Those clothes are nothing but placeholders (looking exactly as level 0 rags), an abandoned concept, left there from the early stages of EA. Don’t expect much to be done about them anytime soon.
