If a mod author lost the original files, does Funcom have tools that they could take the mod file and save the files to help rebuild the mod? Thank you for your time.
No.
Dude and the rest of us mod creators have done all we can and then some. Nothing else can or will be done except users will have to be patient while The Dude rebuilds the mod from scratch.
