Mod for 50/50 M/F and Breast Size 0% to 100% Max

Is there a Mod for the following changes:

50% Female Thrall/50% Male Thrall Spawning - without any modifications to other game settings - such as Harvesting Speed

Fully random Breast Size from 0% Maximum Size to 100% Maximum Size?

I am under the impression that look of NPCs are determined when the game world is created (for servers on first start up, on single player when you first play the game).

So I do not think a mod like this exists.

I have seen mods that boost the breast size from 110% to 160% (Steam Workshop::feminize_BB) so they do exist. The mods can be added even to solo-player games.

I ran several mods to how the NPCs look after the initial install and it does impact them.

Then my apologies. I have just noticed that after a game starts, the NPCs look is determined and doesn’t seem to change. The mods may cause a reset of that.

No need for apologies. I am just looking for a mod that even out the distribution of males/females and does not have the majority of the females looking like they just left the plastic surgeon! LOL

Yeah I agree with that, but for whatever reason nearly every human inhabitant of the Exiled Lands (whether male or female) is a god-tier physical specimen.
