I paid for 1 month premium membership but i still remain as f2p player even though money was withdrawn from my account.

Same problem. Don’t think support exist. It will be soon 3 weeks and I still didn’t have any answer to any ticket. Looks like only choice is to stop playing this game and get money back through the bank refund.
