Since new patch My Over encumbered message comes on at 90%-100%.
At 91% right now that’s when message appeared.
Also had a hard time placing Cupboards inside building.
Only 10 days till launch!!!

I’ve seen the bug you’ve mentioned but haven’t been able to reproduce it. I’ve found de-equipping and re-equipping exile armor fixes it.
If you can figure out how to trigger the bug, it will help them fix it. They are really good at at that. I’ve had about half a dozen bugs I’ve reported get fixed in the last two weeks.
