Bug Description:

With the recent change in launcher, I have been having issues with mouse selection. It happens in all the main menus and even within the game itself, I have hard restarted the game and Steam. This only happens with this game so I know it is not my computer. I cannot directly select menu options, I have to move cursor spaces above the actual selection to be able to choose the one I am wanting.

Bug Reproduction:

I have had this game for years with no issues until now, so I do not believe I caused this issue in any way.

Could you try to change it and see if the issue still persists?

My screen resolution was for some reason at max at 1536 x 864.
I restored to default at 1280 x 1024 and it works fine now! I appreciate the help.
