Mouse Wheel disabled when Conan Exiles starts

As soon as I start Conan Exiles, the mouse wheel on my Logitech trackball gets disabled. I cannot scroll with it anymore and I cannot rotate anything I place in Conan Exiles.

The game doesn’t even fully start. It happens more or less immediately when I start start the game.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Go to steam
  2. start Conan Exiles

P.S.: This only happens on my notebook. On my PC everything works fine with the same trackball.

This happens on my PC as well I have a Razor gaming mouse. It works in every other program but conan exiles now so I had to map K key so I can align to ground.
