I’m just curious about multiple players playing at the same time with the same steam ID. I know of family sharing but I thought only 1 could play at a time. Are they hackers or do I have nothing to worry about
some players use name " 123 " for dont get track in pvp games like Ark and others.

Just rename your steam profile… profilename <> steamid. The player listing in conan exiles shows the profilename, not the real steamid. Multiple Players can have the same profilename.
