This actually provide no useful information. So I get a time out for land claim abuse, but you all never actually explain how the land claim was abused, so how am I supposed to not break the rule again? I have no idea how I broke it in the first place.

Full bans aren’t either; I mean once in a blue moon a ban is over turned but you’ll need video proof on youtube to do it. Seems to me most of the time we are not dealing with actual people, appeals are just summarily closed with no explanation.
No one is reading the ToC. Go tour any public PVE server and you’ll see that. If anything the examples of ToC violating builds is just inspiring people to build that way.
The system is a fail from the start, a good portion of players do not want to be your HOA agent, they actually think there is an admin that moderates the servers. And ends in failure because the system is design to punish not teach. So I learn nothing from a suspension.
But we know this is falling on deaf ears, funcom is not going to change this fail of a system, which has become more of a weapon for people holding a grudge then a system to enforce the ToC for the betterment of the servers.
