**Game mode: Online private
**Type of issue: connection
**Server type PvE
**Region: Nomads Siptah by HostHavoc
I migrated my two conan map instances from g-portal yesterday. The exiles map server works great with much reduction in latency. The Siptah server will not collect from the server list and always reads 9999. I can direct connect and it works fine and the ping is always sub 100. It is in my favorites via query using steam.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.I select my server from the dropdown
2.it times out
3.I connect using direct connect - its quick and no hanging on the way in.
4.
The server usually shows as 9999 when it can’t be polled back for information when the server list is being populated. So if one works and the other doesn’t, maybe HostHavoc messed something with the installation? If you add both to favourites and apply the filter before the server starts populating, does it still show as 9999.
I did ad to the favorites. Also here is the last response I got from Havoc
Unfortunately, we’ve seen this occur a lot since the Conan devs removed the SteamAPI from within the game.
The only possibility, for the time being, is to join via direct connect. I will be looking to see if there are other methods that can be applied.
Unfortunately, I have no further suggestions. I have servers with GTX (Exiled Lands) and ServerBlend (Siptah) and I have never had this issue which is why I thought it might be something to do with configuration.
