Im having an issue. I keep getting
[online content viewing settings prevent the use of online features]. i have looked st my settings and i do not have any restrictions i see that keep me from playing online. Anyone know how to fix this?
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
Yes some of the settings in your Xbox will prevent joining online games or they allow it but you cannot team or clan up
Easy fix is go into settings of Xbox on your preferences and Xbox live allows and change it to adult and let me know if that helps as it’s been awhile since I messed with them myself
I already did that. I have no restrictions on. My settings are on adult settings bit i still cant play due to the settings preventing online play with conan exiles only. I can play with anyone on anyother game no problem
The only thing I can think of is a Xbox mircrosoft restriction but you would have to get a hold of them that or you may have been temporary ban maybe
We’re you on any official server before if yes which one and were you with a clan
But get a ticket in with Microsoft about your issues to in case it’s a Xbox issues say the settings are disabled on restriction but it my some how not applying to this one
I’ve would also check for outages in you area game specific
I have not played in 2 years i was never on an official server or a clan. If its a ban not sure why or when. I stopped playing because i got bored. Ill have to contact Microsoft tomorrow thanks for the help.
Ohhh well last thing make sure you are connected to internet and delete your profile on your Xbox and download your profile again that helped me on a few different games but make sure you are connected to Xbox live so it will back up automatically save info
