A change of name is highly unlikely. However, regarding the texture issues in the chest area, that is currently being looked into. It seems to affect only characters with low values in the chest so we’re looking to see if there’s a way to make the chestpiece look better under those circumstances.
A character with those properties not having been used during testing is an interesting little factoid of its own. I will draw no conclusions… you dirty dogs, you!
