An exile purge near N’batu’s pack by any chance?
I’ve seen a never ending one there.
Indeed - could you let us know what the purge settings are/where?
It’s not my server, it’s someone else private server. The purge finally ended when the server reset. It went on for 4.5 hours.

It would be incredibly helpful for our team if they could know the purge settings for that server 
every player can see the server settings.
for that go over ESC to the settings.
go there to the tab at the farest right, called Serversetting
there tab on the left side in that window, the word PURGE. it will show you all settings that are currently in use for the purge.
Hit PRINT on your keyboard and add the picture here in a reply, via CTRL + v

We had the same problem but we find why, it was because the NPC was stoping atttakcing other players base on their way… so, we was not able to find them and kill them… 
This canot be true they Posted it is fix they say 2h ago on Twich is fix and all PC players say is fix :))
The purge NPC do not despawn after the big message say Purge is Finish. Every time After the purge was fix :)) i need to scout all my walls to found that idiot AI who gets stuck and still demolish my base
