Good first of all this is my opinion, with the new roll you have spoiled the pvp for people who want to make pvp all the time, consider this and do a survey or ask the community, or atleast you can make an option so that people can play on private servers without this new roll, add this option to the server options it would be good, and people who do not like the new roll, we can play on a private server without the new roll.
This is my opinion and I will personally stop playing until the old roll returns or this option is added for private servers, greetings
