Hi I’m sure funcom stated that there will be new npc camps added to the map does anyone know if this has already been release on live servers or is this still on testlive?
Some have already been added. One of my friends whose base is by the Great Dam had to remove a portion of her base as it was overlapping with where a new camp was added. That was about… 1 or 2 months ago I believe.
There are a minimum of two new Nord camps. Well, they are not really camps, they look like a group of Nords who were traveling and are taking a break from their journey. It also looks like there are a couple new spots where named Nord archers spawn that are out in the field and not related to any camp. Additionally, there are at least 3 new Relic Hunter camps (not really camps again, kind of loitering troublemakers) that are in the north eastern part of the desert/grassland are above Sephemaru. I have also come across two additional places of Relic Hunters in the Unnamed City. Furthermore, there are now several T4 wanderer spawns for Exiles for sure, and supposedly for Black Hand T4s as well.
So yes, there are a bunch of new hangouts for NPCs.
Yeah, just yesterday I found a group of Nordheimers on the northern shore of the lake in G9, east of Trapper’s Cabin. One of them was a named smelter so I bonked him over the head and took him home.
There are at least two spots north of that lake where a T4 Nordheimer archer wanders around in G9 and G10 .
EDIT for clarity: these are not camps with map markers, just some dudes and dudettes hanging out.

Lucky, kind of. I recently built a new base near New Asagarth and twice now I’ve tried to go find Freya’s place. Both times I’ve been distracted by running into another named NPC I decided to, err, convince to join my cause.
I guess Freya’s not going anywhere. But if this happens for a third time I start to suspect that she’s actively throwing some minions in my way to keep herself safe. Women in the Hyborian Age can be sneaky like that.
That is Dina, the Master Huntress, and her area is indeed southwest of Freya’s Hovel.
If you want to get her, you’ll have to beat the wolves in the area to it, twice I could not get her because she was eaten by a wolf first 
Wasnt there supposed to be one such group or camp of Relic Hunters outside of Sepermeru? I have tried searching for them, but to no avail. Has anyone found such a camp, and if so what were the coordinates?
And if the wolves don’t get her, the Rotbark SE of the dam certainly will.
A/B 7: Immediately north of the prison district, there’s a plateau that looks east onto an oasis (the oasis with the natural bridge crossing it). On the SE corner of said plateau, you’ll find a group of (I think) 3 relic hunters hanging out. IME, there’s always 2 fighters and an Armorer. Twice I’ve captured the Zingaran armorer Tarris Leatherbinder here.
That is actually only one of Dina’s spawns and while she might get killed by the wolf that hangs near her, if you go a little bit more north along the aqueduct, there is a good chance you will run into the Dina sisters: two of her wandering around. But beware, she is nasty and while dealing with one Dina is okay, having two of them on you at once can be problematic, one keeps nailing you with arrows while you are trying to melee the other. Not to mention there are around 3-4 wolves in the vicinity that don’t like outsiders.
I prefer to think of the double spawn as Dina Jr and Dina, whereas the first one you run into is Dina Sr, 3 generations of that family.
Also random ones that pop up along river. (named) and they all randomlly pop in. (well, they have several set spot they can pop)
I forget there names, but there good 1500health thralls early on if you can knock them out, or save them from Crocs who murder them.

There is also a guaranteed black hand fighter thrall at scuppers shelter near all the purple lotus blossums. Again you may have to take care of a panther and reptilian horror before inviting her to your clan.
Can also pick up Cannibal Brute in the summoning place and the dregs but they are not always there. Dregs one may have only been added to testlive as that was what I was on when I encountered her.
