I’m about to create a PS4 Oceanic PvP Server, probably tonight after work, everything is mostly setup except I still haven’t figured out a name for the server and would appreciate any suggestions any of you might have
Admittedly I’m not very familiar with Conan lore but would like to take the upcoming sorcery update into consideration when it comes to the server name, is anyone out there a Conan lore buff and have any idea who the major NPC’s might be behind the scenes and know a little bit about who they are and what they’re about? Or even just names of well known magic users in the Conan universe that I can do a little bit of study on, thanks very much!
They were a famous ancient civilisation, i belive known for sorcery and all many of evil things. I could be wrong on that but it sounded like that when i used to play age of conan a long time ago

Thanks for the suggestion, I was toying with ideas around Thoth-Amon and the Ring of the Serpent but unfortunately I couldn’t settle on anything before I made the server last night so just rolled with the basic “Age of Sorcery” server name (it starts with ‘A’ so is right at the top of the list when alphabetized!)
I still haven’t seen the movies yet but I wonder if you’re thinking of Subotai? I only heard about him as I was trying to find Conan inspired named for a thief character, he’s a thief in one of the films who helps Conan and Valeria (I think was her name?) achieve whatever their goal in the film was.
There was also a character named Thulsa Doom in the film who apparently was based around the idea of Thoth Amon (I only knew about this as an ex-coworker had a picture of Thulsa Doom at his work desk with the quote “Have a Thulsa Doom kind of day!”)… I’m still not sure what that means exactly
