I love the new stuff, it’s fantastic… but I rely HEAVILY on my custom inventory on my character. Is there any way to keep that setting? All I see is “Heaviest”, “Type”, and “Name”.

Pretty sure one of the options is called ‘No Sort,’ that’s your ‘custom.’ 
However - people are reporting that if you set to ‘No Sort’, arrange your inventory as desired and then harvest a bunch of stuff so switch to ‘Name’ or ‘Heaviest’ to more easily put it away, switching back to ‘No Sort’ doesn’t restore the custom layout that you had so now have to sort the inventory manually again. Which would be the same thing as not having access to a custom layout option at all, if reports are correct (and there’s no misinderstanding).

no sort won’t restore you to how you were set up, once you use ANY other sort option.

Thank you for confirming that. This is a big problem for me as well. This UI update seems to be removing some really key QoL features.
