You mean guerrilla tactics, @Kapoteeni . We can choose to see it or role-playing it however we see fit, but what prevents the game from actually simulating a war are technical limitations. This is a setting in which war means large scale confrontation. Surgical operations are a rather recent development, unless we’re talking about assassination and espionage. War meant carnage in large scale. It still does as recent events confirm it. Ultimately, if reason doesn’t intervene, it’s how it always ends.
Age of War is a catchy tittle, but we actually have raids, which are what is realistically possible considering the limitations of the game.
The battles here remind me of Oblivion where “all the cities sent help” and the epic final battle was 15 guys vs 10 daedra.
It was these mini-battles (and the impossibility of fighting from a horse) that brought me to M&B, where hundreds of fighters were just getting started
Yes, those were the times when I enjoyed the battles of dozens of English and French knights with the “hundred years war” mod
If you want “war” you have to go elsewhere, this type of game is not technically built for really big battles.
Yeah, I never expected a full blown war on CE. I’m happy development is still going on, though. Some things I prefer, others I don’t like, but, all in all, it’s good to see the game is still alive. I just wish they pay some attention to game performance, especially on consoles, where it suffers most.
To be entirely fair, they are hiring QA specifically for their console versions.
At least there was a PSN QA position open last week.

É mais fácil a funcom liberar viagens para siptah que fazer ou abrir o restante do mapa isso não é tão simples assim… Eu mesmo fiz algumas masmorras em meu servidor com um MOD que não atualiza junto com o jogo e para alterar somente as que fiz está dando mais trabalho que antes de fazer portanto não acho que a funcom irá resolver isso… Ela deveria resolver o bug que acontece com alguns itens que estão dando estabilidade para sustentar base por completo fora do solo antes de olhar para o restante do mapa.
