No intro video!?

Type of issue: Bug
Server type: PvE
Region: Australia

Video does not play on intro sequence. I get audio, I get subtitles but no other visual.

Game version 2.3, no mods

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Create new Siptah server
  2. Connect and create character
  3. No visuals for intro sequence

Thanks for the heads-up. Before sending it to the team, are you using the dedicated Testlive client, or the beta branch to access 2.3?
