Isle of Siptah Intro Video is Black Screen

If you start a new single player game in IoS, the intro video is just a black screen with audio, “Durring the year of the Cobra…”

I thought it might have been a fluke the first time it happened so I restarted again and again. I uninstalled and reinstalled TestLive, but I still just get a black screen instead of the shipwreck montage.

  1. Select Singleplayer/Co-op from the main menu.
  2. Select ‘New Game’ & choose ‘Play in single-player’ mode.
  3. Select Isle of Siptah (any difficulty) & confirm that existing save game will be overwriten.
  4. Wait for game to load into black screen with audio, “Durring the year of the Cobra…”

I know this has happened with past updates and is probably a simple fix, just thought I’d mention that it has happened again. Or perhaps it’s just my client, bad luck for me huh? :confounded:

*I tried it on Official server as well, and it happened there too, but only tried it once due to tremendous lag loading the game (Official Server = ‘Public Test Server-US-PvE-C-IsleOfSiptah’).
