Server Name: 2024 pve & 2200 pvp other random servers as well
No life bar and names above NPC’s and players
Log in to game regardless if it is a single player or online, regardless if it is 2024 server or any other in any other gameplay mode. I don’t see Thrall names/life same for animals, players etc
When this happens top me, my only recourse has been:
I suspect it is a synch issue between client and server - which, with this release, have become legion.
Actually both are not working for me. I have this issue 1y right now. From time to time life bar was working , but its so rare I abandoned game 1y ago. I had a hope it was fixed but during this week I was unlucky to have those life bars.

Which Xbox model do you have?
Do you have your game installed on an SSD or HDD?
Is the console stable while playing other demanding games?
In the meantime, here are some steps that might help you. Please ensure that your save is stored on the XBOX cloud before trying each of the following:
Reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnect it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes, then try loading it into your SP session.
Try to perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps.
If the above procedures don’t help, please try to perform a full reinstall of the game.
If this issue remains, please share us a video so we can verify the issue mentioned.

Can you confirm you have the “Show name plates” option enabled in gameplay settings?
If so, can you also try to lock on the target you wish to view the values to see if they show up?
Yes I have this option on , also tried to use default settings, → reset to default option, still no good. In movie I was locking the targets, no results.
uncheck/check ‘name plates’ also didn’t work

Can you try to change your game language to English in order to see if anything changes?
Can you also confirm if you have a second controller plugged in? If so, please, try restarting the game without the second controller plugged in to see if that helps you.
Ha! You are perfect.
Solution: disconected second controller (not wireless, connected to front USB). No language change is needed. Issue reproducable everytime I connect 2nd controller

Meanwhile we’ve also forward it to the development team so they can investigate this behavior.
I dont know what they changed but after todays update it stopped working again))) with disconected controller
As said before, after an update I can not see any thrall/player HP bar nor the target fucus point to know who I have focused on.
