No npc spawn and grave matters

Bug Description:

I wanted to buy some sandreaper eggs. But no one is there.
I am waiting 2 exiles days now. But me and my thrall are alone.

There is a graves matters event… But nothing and nobody is there

Ok the grave matter event is working but wasn’t prepared for it and it was laggy

The grave matter Events work but the guys from where the screenshot was taken don’t spawn.
There should be the man or woman who sell sand reaper eggs. Is that because of the event?

Also I was not able harvesting Stones and trees in the whole area around. But this happens earlier too at this place. But the npc spawned when this happens

Yes, npc spawn in the area around Grave matter is blocked.
Take part in the event, kill the sorcerer, and the event will move to another place, then the merchants in the bay will appear.
