No stamina regen after buff from new fish vanishes

After disapearing of buff for Staminafrom new type of fish from new nets. Your stamina completly disapear and doesn’t regenerate. The only cure is death. Even relog doesn’t help.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Eat moray eel for buff
2. Wait for it to pass
3. No stamina
4. Die to cure it
