Noone should be able to build around an Obelisk

On my server, (which I can name if support is able to remove this type of building and maybe fix so that noone can build near or around an obelisk) there is a wall around the obelisk in the jungle with only one way out, which is a door. This affects other peoples travel.
You would think this should be made impossible because of unfair play. I have asked clans about it and they are also unhappy about the situation. It won’t be staying for long as far as I know, but I do want to make sure this gets banned or removed. Noone should have to ask around for permission to get let out of the walls just because they traveled to the wrong obelisk.
All in all I think that the obelisks should be server ground. And or these illegal building structures must be removed.
